Shipping Policy
We do not currently have a store-front location. All other products are also shipped from Mount Juliet, TN.
In stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and are usually shipped within 1-4 business days.
If you live in a warmer climate, please track your package and plan to have someone home when it arrives. No matter how well we package our products, they can melt if left in the sun all day or weekend.
We do not currently ship to international countries. We hope to incorporate international sales in the future as we grow. We will update the website and this policy once that becomes a reality.
Military APO/FPO/DPO will be shipped via USPS and at the domestic rate.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please contact us if you would like to exchange or return any of our products. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without you contacting us first. We also cannot accept any returns or exchanges after thirty (30) calendar days from your order date. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request at our sole discretion.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If you have any issues with any of our products, please take a picture and email it to info@protectandservehq.com along with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and contact you ASAP.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and your refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
